We want you to be happy with what you buy. This policy explains your rights and how to ask for a refund. It doesn’t affect your legal rights.
Services
Your 14-day right to cancel (consumers). If you buy a service from us online, by email or by phone, you can cancel within 14 days of the day we confirm your order, for any reason.
- If you ask us to start within those 14 days and then cancel, we’ll refund you minus a fair amount for the work already done.
- Once the service is fully delivered within the 14 days, at your request, the right to cancel ends.
After delivery. If something isn’t right, tell us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll fix it first: every package includes one round of changes. If we still can’t put it right, we’ll offer a partial or full refund.
Calls and sessions. You can reschedule free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. A session missed without notice counts as used.
Business clients. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in your proposal. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
Digital products
For downloads such as templates or planners, you can cancel within 14 days of buying, unless you’ve started the download after agreeing that you lose the right to cancel once it starts. If a file is faulty, we’ll replace it or refund you.
Physical products (when our store opens)
- You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, then return the item within a further 14 days.
- We’ll refund you, including standard delivery, within 14 days of getting the item back. If you’ve changed your mind, you pay the return postage.
- If an item is faulty, you have extra rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and we’ll cover the return.

The Starter Guide and the Clarity Call are free, so there’s nothing to refund.
