AI tools. Where we use AI tools to help deliver a service, for example to improve CV wording, we remove names and contact details first wherever we can, we use settings that don’t let the provider train its models on your data, and a person checks every result before it reaches you.

3. Children

Our email sign-ups are for people aged 13 and over. Where a learner is under 18, for example for tutoring, a parent or guardian books, pays and gives consent. We don’t knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you think we have, email us and we’ll delete it.

4. Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share it only with the providers that help us run Wealthbrooks, under contracts that require them to protect it and use it only on our instructions:

We may also share data with our accountant, professional advisers, HMRC or other authorities where the law requires it.

5. Transfers outside the UK

Some of our providers are outside the UK. MailerLite and Hostinger are in the European Union, which UK law recognises as giving adequate protection. Calendly, Google and Stripe are based in, or may process data in, the United States; for those transfers we rely on the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which each of them takes part in, backed by standard data protection contract clauses.
